Sections: 8

Support contact

Primary support and trust-center contact: support@kernbot.com.

Use clear subject lines so requests can be triaged quickly.

Privacy/contact path for rights requests

Data-rights requests (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection) are handled through support.

Processing depends on identity verification, legal scope, and technical feasibility.

Compliance/escalation path

Compliance and policy escalation can be submitted via support@kernbot.com.

Some responses require internal review and may not be immediate.

What to include in a request

Include enough detail for reliable handling while avoiding unnecessary sensitive data.

  • Account identifier (email or tenant context)
  • Request type (support, rights request, compliance escalation, billing/onboarding)
  • Relevant context and timeframe
  • Jurisdiction if legally relevant

Identity verification note

KERN may require identity and authority checks before disclosing, changing, or deleting data.

Incomplete verification can delay or limit fulfillment.

Expected manual handling note

Not all trust-center request flows are fully automated.

Manual steps may be required for legal-sensitive, cross-system, or organization-scoped requests.

Organizational contact framing

Enterprise and public-sector onboarding requests are scoped through manual dialogue.

Public pages provide baseline framing; final organizational terms can require separate agreement.

Press/business inquiry note

KERN does not currently publish a separate public press hotline or dedicated media portal on this page.

Use support@kernbot.com with a clear press or business subject line for routing.
